I will never forget the wonderful staff that works there. I have especially appreciated the time, effort and support the staff have given me when I was taking part in the 6 week challenge.

More New management, staff on the whole are not interested in new members (once you have signed up). My fourth visit my weights card was missing and a staff member watched me fumble my way around after I had let them know the problem. In addition to normal floor exercise = trainer should show another way to do floor exercise to support people who may have knee or back issues for every 30 second exercise on the floor (I was a member of Curves and they always showed people an alternative way to do the floor exercise to support people with all levels of physical abilities.
