More Dara came into our villa in Ingleburn and said he could get $300,000 for it, HE GOT IT, 6 weeks into the sale he SOLD IT and we were over the moon. Other agents told us we wouldnt get over $260,000. So we made $40,000 just using the right guy.
  Glad we went with Dhillion Real Estate and would highly recommend them.

  We sold our house with Dhillon Real Estate. What annoyed me was that the day we settled with the... More We sold our house with Dhillon Real Estate. What annoyed me was that the day we settled with the purchaser, Dhillon Real Estate advertised our house on realestate.com.au listed as "For Sale". Putting our house up "for sale", on the day our sale had gone through and was in fact, already sold. You should advertise properties "For Sale" that TRULY are for sale!

    Did you get the job done or not, were you happy with the services or not? Did they advertise the house before selling? If they sold with their silent sale method and advertise afterward, this should not annoy you.
