    Purchased... More     Some of the worst customer service ever! Deal with this company at your own risk.

    Purchased $400 of gift vouchers from their ebay store only received $200. Advised them of such on the 8/1/2013. They wrote back for the first time on the 11/1 only after I placed a complaint on their Facebook website. As of the 18/1 still have not received the remaining $200 gift vouchers and no other communication from them even though I have messaged back.

    As a customer it makes me angry that I am ignored.

Called Head Office to help and was constantly put on hold (basically ignored). Ended up being put through to a different department and was helped in the end by a camera salesman? This is certainly not a well run business.

More My company in Auckland NZ purchased a bulk lot of what were advertised as TV's for a promotion from the Botany store in East Tamaki. They were just computer monitors and not TV's at all.. They refused to refund the purchase. We were told they weren't interested. Even head Office in Sydney were called and they said Dick Smith were withdrawing from NZ. More recently they refuse to even return messages or emails. This is so unprofessional.

    They are a truly untrustworthy company and arrogant company particularly at the highest level.
