More Due to a paperwork error, I was accused of causing damage, had to wait almost an hour before it could be sorted. After this delay, I was in a hurry and asked if I could be dropped at my hotel. I was told by the clerk it was not possible. When I asked the driver what route he was taking as one route was walking distance from my hotel, the clerk ran out to tell me off loudly in front of other passengers. Bad customer service.

Picking up the car was easy and they were very helpful with maps etc. Very straightforward - no hidden costs. Dropping off the car was easy - a quick but thorough check and we were on our way.
