More I called Easy Fall Guttering back in 2012 and while the guttering has been installed, I have major leaking problems and had been unable to get anyone out to fix it for 6 months! When finally someone came, and that was after they called me for a courtesy call, they said they didn't have the right equipment and they would be back the next day, they did not arrive, 4 weeks later (probably more) one of the jobs was completed but my gutters leak worse than they did before we paid for new ones. I am incredibly disappointed with the service and product. I would not recommend them to anyone for any reason.

Michael arrived on time and did some inspections. I just learned that I need a roofer to fix the shingles! But I was amazed with Mike's expertise and commitment to excellent service. All the things he did for me today (even most are out of scope) were free of charge. Now that's true customer care.
