Expert pest has been operating for over thirty years and has over forty five years of experience in pest management. We, as a company, pride ourselves on the level of service we provide and the professional approach that is taken toward pest management, including cockroaches, rats, mice, termites, fleas, birds, bird lice, spiders, bees and wasps. COCKROACHES
The American/Australian Cockroach can be found in the Warm dark areas of the structure such as roof voids and sub-floor spaces surviving on the decaying leaf matter in the structures guttering. In a commercial and industrial setting this cockroach will often be found around poorly maintained waste areas, drains and in and around palleted stock in warehouses.

RATS AND MICE
Rats and Mice: Rats and mice have adapted to life in close association with man, where they damage structures, chew wiring, eat and urinate on human and animal food, and carry many diseases. While these rodents are present around our homes throughout the year, they often Become a problem in the autumn and winter months as temperatures drop they actively seek out the warmth of roof spaces wall cavities and sub-floors.

�¢â?¬�¢Termites(White Ants) are one if not the most destructive of all pests. It is believed that one in five Australian homes are affected by termites at some point and with the value of housing so high who can afford to have termite infestations.

�¢â?¬�¢Fleas The prolonged periods of warm and humid weather in the Australian summer months provide ideal conditions for fleas to flourish. Typically, concentrations of the immature stages of fleas (eggs and larvae) will be found in areas where pets feed and rest and in carpeted homes with household pets. Fleas may need to be treated in two stages as flea eggs are impervious to chemical the initial treatment eliminates the adults and juveniles.
