    Not at all what expected from them, I cant believe how impolite they were! When they couldn't manage taking the voucher ID, they told me that if I dont like the way they were speaking to me then I should request a full refund and not bother coming.

    How is this possible from such a reputable establishment?!?!

    I would like a full refund please, they doesn't deserve my business.

The management & staff were extremely rude, I complained (not rudely) about the colour and was told the staff thought it looked ok, I then told them (again) that I was not happy with it and what could we do? other staff had a look and declared they thought it ok too! when I said I thought it important that I liked the colour, I was told to call the management which I did later that day, they were extremely patronising, rude & told me that I was just a 'voucher customer' and if I was not happy I could get my money back from the company I bought the deal from and hung up on me. If they are an award winning salon why do they need to sell vouchers? and if they feel that way about 'voucher customers' why do they keep offering vouchers? the latest deal is for $79 for what is normally over $300, if you buy this deal you will get $79 worth of value (not $300) if you are lucky & it will not be a pleasant experience.

    I tried to resolve this without any nastiness. I have never complained before about a colour, so I am not a 'picky' customer. I would never go back to this salon & I strongly recommend others think about it before you buy a voucher. When I go to the hairdresser I look forward to the experience and some 'me' time, if you are the same, you wont get that at this salon. I hope the management reads these reviews and I also hope the deal companies do too.

The salon was dirty, and when I arrived I was told that my voucher only bought me the "brown" keratin treatment, which was apparently not so good, but that I could pay $30 extra and get the "white" treatment, which would be great. Then I was left to wait in my chair for 20 minutes, with a pair of dirty scissors covered in hair in front of me and dirty bottle of hair product everywhere. The staff who finally came to do my hair was very rough with me, and didn't apologise. Even so staff was the nicest person there, as the rest of the staff were rude. I would not recommend this salon (if you can even call it that) to anyone. You couldn't pay me to set foot in there again.
