All work was completed when and how I was promised. A very professional company.

Last week I took my car into John Pirello's for some advice. Someone had accidently spilt some pa... More Last week I took my car into John Pirello's for some advice. Someone had accidently spilt some paint on my new car. I was very worried about this as the car my pride and joy. I dropped into their shop and briefly spoke with the manager. Not only was he helpful but he also understood my concerns about damaging the paint. What happened next was unexpected. The manager came out and inspected my car and told me he would like to try removing it with a product. He then went into the workshop and came back with a container of product and some rags. He then applied the product to the rag and proceeded to rub the paint. To my surprise and relief the paint came off. He then went round to all the spots on the car and got every little bit off - this took about 1/2 and hour. He then told me there would be no charge for this and that he was happy to help. I left there speachless as I did not expect this. Not only was he curtious and professional but he was a nice guy to boot. I would thoroughly recommend these guys for any repair work.

Today I went to this shop to get a quote for my damaged car. After waiting in the reception for 1... More Today I went to this shop to get a quote for my damaged car. After waiting in the reception for 10 minutes, they agreed to inspect my car while whinging " ...Not a good day to get a quote!"

Yes, it was raining today... So I smiled to agree with them about the weather.
They looked at the damaged side of the car and declared Its a big job; the front side panel has to be replaced...!
I knew it was not a big job and the panel was not required to be replaced as I already had visited 2 other shops prior this one to get quotes.
Not agreeing or disagreeing with them, I asked them to give me their best quote and mentioned that I have already requested quote from other repairers and would like to compare.
Their answer was the most unprofessional: I dont go into competition, I am not interested without even a courtesy Sorry in their sentence.
You could just give me your quote... I shrugged in an attempt to ease...
Then they repeated the same "I am not interested" in a robotic voice.
