He's extremely professional - turning up exactly when he said he would, providing a detailed written quote and (most importantly) doing a brilliant job - including vacuuming our whole house to ensure there was no dust whatsoever, filling all the gaps and little holes, and 'feathering' the finish out into the hallway so it doesn't contrast abruptly with the existing polished wood in the hall! To give an indication of price, he charged us $440.00 for the room (unsanded 1950s hardwood) which is just under 10m2 - this included punching nails & puttying, sanding, 2 coats of polycure and a satin finishing coat. I imagine doing one room is the most expensive way to do it though!! We would highly recommend Keith and will be getting him back in the future to fix up the dodgy sanding job we did ourselves on the rest of our floors!
