    - They had run out of food by 8.20PM
    - Served entree size meals as main meals. For e.g. my father ordered a main meal and he received 3 meatballs in red sauce. My family friend ordered a main meal gnocchi with napoletana sauce and we could count 15 gnocchi.
    - Only 1 of us could order 1 particular meal.
    - Pizzas lacked ingredients.
    - Staff also had very poor attitude
