    I surprised my friend for her 30th and two days prior I asked Reception if they would decorate the room for me with balloons, streamers, etc. The balloons did have to be blown up, so I didn't like my chances. They were so obliging and even wrote "Happy 30th XXX Birthday" on some of them!

    Can't fault!
