They can get very busy at times though and therefore you may be in line for a while. But you are offered a free coffee while you wait. Not many other stores offer that option.

The staff are so friendly and even though this place gets packed on weekends- they still take the... More The staff are so friendly and even though this place gets packed on weekends- they still take the time to serve you and even let you try the coffee! My tip is to go up stairs as it is not as busy as the pitt street level.

I ventured down to Nespresso at Westfields to puchase some capsules as a KK present for this year... More I ventured down to Nespresso at Westfields to puchase some capsules as a KK present for this year's work Xmas party. What a wonderful store. The layout is modern & easy to navigate through. The shop cashiers are professional, knowledgeable & friendly & provide quick service. My KK recipient, who adores her Nespresso machine, was so happy wirh her capsules. Xmas shopping made easy.
