    I really needed these flowers to be delivered on the day so I decided to use already proven service. I ordered their flowers before 10am so they could be delivered the same day. I received a confirmation email as well. It was after 4:30pm and I still haven't heard from my wife to tell me that she received flowers so I called them to check on the delivery. I discovered that they never received the order and was told that this never happens so I forwarded them the confirmation email I had. When they called me back they said that they've been having problems with the ordering system and the order hasn't been processed (so which one is it, you're having problems with the ordering system or it never happens? can't be both). I was then offered a refund which I accepted.

    11 days later and no sign of refund. So I sent them an email asking what was going on. Tumbleweed. So I called up a week later and was told they never received my email and they don't have any emails in their inbox from my email address (strange considering I sent them one when I forwarded my order confirmation). After a short discussion they found some records of this and said that I'd receive my refund within 48 hours which did happen. At the same time I was offered "a little posy" to be sent to my wife which I declined. I don't think a little posy would do justice especially considering I ordered a nice bouquet of roses. A little too late I thought as they should have done that straight away rather than 3 weeks later.

    It was really disappointing to have the whole day ruined which was then amplified by my having to chase them to get my money back. I strongly recommend you stay away from them. The whole experience turned into a disaster.
