I am a Zumba Instructor and a Remedial Massage Therapist with a history of being an aerobics instructor, gym instructor and also a personal trainer. I am the founder and owner of www.rapidpulsehealth.com and I am passionate about anything to do with natural health, fitness and nutrition. For the past 20+ years I have studied and researched natural nutrition and am currently completing my Certificate IV in Fitness.
