Then when we rescheduled they turned up late and took 3 times as long as they were supposed to, and didn't complete the job. Worst of all they will do nothing to compromise with you, they only install at certain times, and if it's not good for you then it's too bad. Do not used..

More Do NOT deal with this company - we ordered 2 blinds, both arrived the wrong size, even though we had people out on several occasions to measure. The staff is rude and unprofessional and could not care less. Noone calls back, installers and measurers just don't show, and they never give a time when they will come (you can call and ask on the day - just don't make the mistake and rely on what they say). Overall absolutely horrible experience, wish I would have never dealt with them. Needless to say we are still missing a blind even though we have paid 80% of the overall amount. What a disgraceful company!
