I know I can trust him and his mechanics not to rip me off. I actually paid only $627 for C.V. Driveshaft Replacement, though his estimate was $900! I was accustomed to opposite with services before I found Brian. Thanks to the team at Ultra Tune Brookvale.

  My car (4 doors) had a problem with the central locking system and one of the doors was not openi... More My car (4 doors) had a problem with the central locking system and one of the doors was not opening. They ask me $150 to fix it so I was hoping to get the 4 doors back to normal. After two days at their service they called me to say the work was done, my wife picked up the car and she noticed that the problem got worse; after 'fixing' the issue no one checked & tested all the doors (quite obvious I would say) It took them and their guys like 2 days to return me the car with 2 doors OK and 2 other doors unable to lock so as soon you locked the car and you open the door to verify if the car is properly locked the alarm will go off annoying everyone else nearby.
  Second time I got there to give the guys a second chance to get it right... this time they said that they replaced a faulty piece in one of the doors but now again other two doors were not working (they didn't know how to explain that) and that would cost me another $270 to fix it.
  So the initial one door problem at $150 became another two doors plus $270... great work!
  I told him over the phone... thanks... I will look for another service centre...
  After that they were very rude with my wife and asked her to leave immediately.
  
  No problem... sure we will never come back.

  I went to a major service centre near the mall for our car's service. I have always taken my car... More I went to a major service centre near the mall for our car's service. I have always taken my car to them in the past. It had missed a service and knew that the service was going to cost more, I was Ok with this. By the end of that day I was told that the engine had major oil sludging problems, the service could not be completed and I was looking at $3,000 to $4,000 to fix it or possibly a second hand engine for about $5,000. After a sleepless night I searched the internet and found Brian. I told him the problem, he wasn't phased. Took the car down to him the next day and he had a good look at it, gave it a thorough check and by the end of the day said it was not as bad as I told, engine is Ok and he can fix it. Not only did his team fix the sludge problem, they did the service. All up $500. This is best result I could have asked for. The major service centre who are supposed to be experts just showed how incompetent they are, thery even completed the service manual when the service was not done. Brian and his team went out of their way to be true professionals and I would recommend them to anyone.

    How did it cost $500.00 to fix the problem when top of the range 5 Litre engine oil costs around $90 and an oil filter costs no more than $15.
    The oil they used would of been bottom of the line engine oil too, so they made $395.00 off you for something that took 1.5 hours.
    I must be in the wrong job if its that easy to make money off these days.
