    I found the service and the staff terrible. The cuts and colour are ok but not reflective of the... More I found the service and the staff terrible. The cuts and colour are ok but not reflective of the price. It's a noisy salon and there is no relaxation. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The owner was unfriendly, did not provide me any aftercare advice (hair colour) and applied a $90 additional service I specifically asked her not to do...she even assured me she wouldn't. The only reason for the 1/2 star is that my hair didn't fall out. Please don't be fooled by the vouchers, not worth it. You will be overcharged anyway.

      Hi L, as you know that is not what happened. You came to us wanting vibrant red balayage, and had with you one of our second visit $50 vouchers, we provided 3 quotes, as you wanted to keep the price as low as possible. You were advised that the additional colour would only be added it if was required at the end, which on final processing, it did. You were told this and we completed your service. You left, as we recall, telling the stylists "the colour was perfect and exactly what I wanted". If there was a problem, we encourage any clients to call the salon. Zenith welcomes feedback, but its totally unfair and wrong to make a statement that is not true. It seems the price was an issue, and our prices are as transparent as possible, backed up by quotes. We work with our clients to get the best results for their hair services

More Always a pleasure to visit with this Salon, my stylist Jess is always giving me the change i want. Their Keratin treatment has been a miracle on my hair, keeping my hair salon perfect between visits. The staff seem to alert to the latest trends and techniques so i have great confidence in recommending to all my friends.
